We blend Pilates, strength, and stability into workouts that are under 30 minutes — so you can move consistently, feel strong in your body, and find joy in movement.

What we offer

Modern Pilates classes:
Sculpt: tone, lengthen and strengthen the body through form and control (and plenty of pulses).
Burn: using a stable support, this high-energy barre/Pilates fusion class focuses on bringing the heart rate up and working our stabilising muscles.
Interval Training: Pilates intervals in tabata style, short burts of exercises, alternating between low-impact cardio and Pilates mat work.
Strength: using heaver weights, we focus on posture, form and control through Pilates movements combined with weights.

Wildflower Studio (Valby), starting January - mums & bubs, prenatal & general

If you’re not based in Copenhagen or prefer to train at home, the online studio has classes ranging from 20-60 minutes, with specific tracks to follow ie. prepare your core during pregnancy, postnatal core restore, labour prep, etc.

The Pilates classes with Emma were a game changer during my pregnancy. Emma offered a perfect mix of strength, stretching, and pelvic floor exercises. She pushed me enough to actually build muscle and stamina for feeling more energised and comfortable in my changing body while also making sure all movements were safe and controlled. The classes were adjusted to our needs and there were always variations offered for each exercise according to our needs. I would recommend Emma’s classes and videos to anyone growing a little human!

I did the postnatal pilates with Emma and it was amazing. She is very attentive to any special needs (c section for example) and managed to push us while still feeling completely safe during recovery from birth. The classes are fun, varied, the right level of tough and she is just super nice! Can 100% recommend :)
