No overwhelm, no pressure. Just no-fuss, effective movement designed to meet you exactly where you are.

If you live in Copenhagen, I teach Parental Pilates on Wednesdays and Fridays at SanseLab. Pregnancy, Postnatal and Partners all welcome! Wednesdays are Pilates X Intervals (higher energy, low-impact cardio) and Fridays are Pilates Sculpt (slower burn, lots of pulses).

A 6-week Pilates-fusion program to help you stay strong, reduce common aches, and prepare your body for birth: in just 3 sessions a week. Plus, the workouts are super fun.

A 6-week Pilates-fusion program to rebuild your core, reconnect with your body, and regain strength after birth, with pelvic floor–safe workouts designed for real mum life. 3 sessions a week, blending Pilates with barre, strength and interval training.
