Pregnancy Strength & Stability is a 6-week Pilates-based program to help you feel strong, supported, and confident during these 9 months. Safe for all trimesters of pregnancy; join anytime (as you will have lifetime access!)
With a focus on core, pelvic floor, posture and breath, you’ll reduce discomfort, build strength safely, and learn how to use your breath to support you through pregnancy and labour: all in short, realistic workouts that fit into daily life.
Postnatal Restore & Rebuild is a 6-week Pilates-based program to help you rebuild core and overall body strength after birth.
Suitable for 6+ weeks postpartum, c-section friendly, and aimed for women with mild diastasis (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor weakness/discomfort.
If you have +4 cm separation or pain, please consult your doctor and/or pelvic floor physio.
